Beringer competed in National Little Britches Finals Rodeo
From June 30 to July 6, Team Beringer, from Gettysburg, South Dakota participated in the 2024 National Little Britches Finals Rodeo held in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The team qualified in Breakaway Roping, Pole Bending, Barrel Racing, and Trail Course. The National Little Britches Rodeo Association (NLBRA) is all about sponsoring competitive rodeos and championships for youths between the ages of five to eighteen. The NLBRA is in its 72nd year of existence, and there are more than 3,000 kids across 33 different states that participate in over 500 sanctioned rodeos throughout the year to qualify for this annual national event. Candidates must be in the top seven places of a particular event, at least six different times each year, to wind up at the famous Lazy E Arena to have a shot to be the top cowboy and cowgirl in the United States.
