New luxury personal care home coming to Westmoreland County
UNITY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) -- The Fountains is a luxury senior living facility, and it is the brain child of Indiana County native Marcy Colkitt. Her father-in-law worked there in the 1970s when it housed Papercraft Corp., a gift wrap manufacturer. But she will otherwise be happy to put the crumbling complex into her memories.
