PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) - A new mural in Plattsburgh raising awareness about suicide is now complete. Local artist Giovanina Bucci spent the last two weeks painting the wall on the back of Warren Tire with the help of regional leaders like Assemblyman Billy Jones and Plattsburgh Town Supervisor Michael Cashman.
