SIOUX CITY — Plymouth County Emergency Management Coordinator Becca Socknat is disputing a ticket given to her after a three-vehicle crash on April 25. Socknat was cited for failure to observe a traffic control device in Sioux City. The county-owned 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup she was driving collided with a red 2011 Hyundai Sonata driven by Rosendo Lopez-Mejia, 35, of South Sioux City. He was headed westbound through the Interstate 29 off-ramp at the intersection of Floyd Boulevard.
