Spencer Man to Spend Time in Federal Prison on Drug Charge
A Spencer man has been sentenced to over three years in prison on a federal drug charge. According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Iowa, 42-year-old Leon Banks was sentenced yesterday (Fri). Banks previously pleaded guilty in February to Possession With Intent to Distribute a Mixture or Substance With Cocaine within one thousand feet of a protected location.
