The Grateful Gourmet Debuting Brick and Mortar

A popular New Jersey food truck is preparing to pull into its first brick and mortar location. The Grateful Gourmet, which established itself with its delicious interpretations of American dining favorites, is opening a permanent home in Mount Holly, reports Philadelphia Business Journal .

The 700 square foot restaurant will feature a 70s inspired decoration theme when it opens at 25B Church Street later this year. The space will accommodate between 20 and 30 guests. Owner Desiree Bagnell is hoping to open in late summer or early fall.

Visitors to The Grateful Gourmet can look forward to an array of comfort food favorites. The menu will feature pasta, sandwiches, salads, and pasta. Additionally, patrons will be able to build their own charcuterie boards.

Bagnell is currently crowd-sourcing the funds necessary to realize her vision for the restaurant. Her active campaign on Honeycomb Credit will facilitate buying the remaining equipment required for the opening.
