Guitars and electronics stolen from School of Rock in Center City

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are searching for at least one suspect who stole several guitars and electronics from the School of Rock’s Center City location.

It happened twice last week — the mornings of June 26 and June 27 — inside the school on Seventh Street, near Callowhill Street.

However, investigators are unsure if the same suspect burglarized the school both days.

Police released video of the suspect or suspects in the school, scouring through the instruments.

The School of Rock provides a variety of music education for kids and programs for adults at more than 365 locations across the world. It was founded in Philadelphia and has more than a dozen schools in the city and suburbs.
