Angel Reese Claps Back At Men Wanting Free Flights

Move over, soft lifestyle enthusiasts! WNBA rookie Angel Reese took to social media to address an unexpected trend: men asking her to fly them out for a visit.

The LSU women’s basketball team star and fashion sensation is refusing to fund romantic getaways or courtside romance .

Reese’s celebrity status continued to rise after she became well-known as an LSU Tiger during her college years. She was drafted 7th overall by the Chicago Sky in the 2024 WNBA Draft and is now competing for “Rookie of the Year” with her old college nemesis, Caitlin Clark of the Indiana Fever.

Prior to this weekend, Angel Reese had an impressive double-double streak, scoring at least 10 points and grabbing 10 rebounds in 15 games . That streak ended on Saturday, but another one has sprouted in its stead: creepy, obsessed men asking the basketball star for free trips to visit her in the cities where she performs.

The Chicago Sky forward felt compelled to address the growing issue, assuring everyone that she and her teammates have no interest in flying anyone out to be their dates .

“I just wanna say one thing,” Reese says as she places brown ombre sunglasses onto her face.  She slowly chews her gum before saying , “The delusion of y’all thinkin’ I’m finna fly any of yall out…”

The forward player pauses using both index fingers to point directly to the camera. She holds her hands in the position momentarily and smacks her gum a few more times.

Angel Reese then begins to maneuver her fingers in a circular motion , points to her head , and then back to the camera. “Yeah, that’s all I’m going to say.”

“…the delusion of thinking anybody… any one of us are flying y’all out. Be for real,” she said with a seemingly annoyed look on her face.

The clip ends with Angel Reese saying, “Thank yoooou,”  in a saucy voice.

As Reese balances her thriving basketball career with her increasing online influence , she will not let anyone take advantage of her – period!
