Philadelphia Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson has been in sync with Jason Kelce since he was drafted fourth overall in the 2013 NFL Draft.

But now a decade later, that won't be the case anymore after Kelce called in quits earlier this year.

"Yeah man, it was weird during OTAs," Johnson said during a recent appearance on Fox Sports' All Facts No Brakes . "I think about it, every snap I've played he's been the center. I've gotten really good at understanding when he's going to snap the ball. Definitely going to miss him in the building."

While Kelce has been retired for five months, he has spent a lot of his time popping in and out of the NovaCare Complex as if he were still a player.

Kelce has even offered to help show the rookies the ropes.

Johnson thinks coaching football could be Kelce's future calling, of course, after his TV deal with ESPN expires .

"I think he'll be in maybe more than we expect," Johnson said. "... I really see his passion for being a coach one day. I think he could be a really good one. But I think that's where his heart is. Eventually down the road, I can see him definitely doing that. Definitely going to miss him."

Kelce Went Viral For A Coaching Moment

It wasn't too long ago that Kelce went viral for a coaching moment .

Right around the time that Kelce announced his retirement, an older video of him discussing the dos and don'ts of blocking in football with professional bodybuilder John Meadows went viral.

The clip showed just how natural Kelce looks when it comes to teaching a technique.

Between his leadership skills and calm demeanor, Kelce has the skills to make a great coach one day, but for now, we'll see him in the broadcast booth.
