PHILADELPHIA – On his second day as a Yankee, Jazz Chisholm collected another set of firsts.

Chisholm collected his first home run with his new team in Monday night’s second inning at Citizens Bank Park, where he was making his first career start at third base.

In the ninth, Chisholm added a second home run - this one coming against backup catcher Garrett Stubbs - in the Yankees' 14-4 blowout win against the Phillies before 44,289 fans.

After Aaron Judge belted his MLB-leading 38th homer of the year in the first inning off Phillies starter Zack Wheeler, the lefty-hitting Chisholm drove a first-pitch fastball the opposite way in the second inning.

Two batters later, Ben Rice connected off Wheeler for his seventh homer of the year.

Chisholm went 1-for-5 with an infield single in his Yankees debut Sunday night at Boston, starting at center field. He was acquired Saturday from the Miami Marlins for three minor leaguers, including catching prospect Agustin Ramirez.

On Monday, Chisholm was batting sixth, behind just-activated DH Giancarlo Stanton (left hamstring) and playing at third base, where he started a double play on his first chance.

Chisholm’s homer to left was his 14th of the year, and he did his signature “Euro step’’ before crossing home plate.
