    WNBA All Star weekend schedule: Ultimate guide to fan events in Phoenix

    Get ready to witness the stars of the WNBA shine in Phoenix.

    The 2024 AT&T WNBA All-Star Game will feature Caitlin Clark , Brittney Griner , Diana Taurasi , A'ja Wilson, Breanna Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu. The exciting matchup takes place at Footprint Center in downtown Phoenix on Saturday, July 20.

    This year's WNBA All-Star Game will feature a matchup between the All-Stars and the U.S. Women's National Team, set to represent the country in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

    But there's a whole lot more to the schedule than just the game. Here are some of the biggest events happening on WNBA All-Star Weekend in Phoenix.

    WNBA Changemaker Day

    Changemakers, a program that supports and advances women's sports and the WNBA, will join WNBA athletes and local Girl Scouts to pack 6,000 activity boxes to send to other Girl Scouts in fourth to eighth grade across Arizona.

    Jr. WNBA Clinic

    The Phoenix Mercury sponsored a court refurbishment and mural installation at the complex, and now the WNBA and AT&T will host a basketball clinic on the courts for first- through sixth-grade girls.

    WNBA Live

    The WNBA invites fans to “experience the intersection of sport, entertainment and culture” at the Phoenix Convention Center. Highlights include shoot-arounds and games; a panel discussion featuring WNBA journalists Khristina Williams, Terrika Foster-Brasby and Greydy Diaz; an immersive look at the designs of Esther Wallace, founder of women’s streetwear brand Playa Society; and a learning experience for middle school students that combines basketball and STEM.

    WNBA All-Star Friday Night

    Footprint Center will host the WNBA’s annual three-point contest and skills competition. Although participants have yet to be announced, this event promises excitement and entertainment as top athletes showcase their skills.

    Hoops & Glory

    Nike and Manor , a clothing and accessories store in Phoenix, present Hoops & Glory, a celebration of the culture, achievements and contributions of professional women basketball players on and off the court.     The big game tips off Saturday evening as Taurasi makes her 11th appearance, Griner makes her ninth and rookie Caitlin Clark will make her much-anticipated first appearance.

    Mente x TOGETHXR Pop-Up

    TOGETHXR, the media company started by Sue Bird, will co-host a two-day wellness festival in partnership with Mente, a mental health media company. The event is free; attendees can receive mobile beauty services and mental health care experiences. There also will be DJ performances and a WNBA All-Star Game watch party on Saturday.
