Diana Taurasi is the WNBA's all-time leading scorer and an 11-time All-Star who will battle it out with Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese during Saturday night's game.

At 42 years of age, Taurasi can still compete with the best of them which should make for an exciting game at Phoenix's Footprint Center.

On late Thursday evening, Phoenix Mercury and Suns owner Mat Ishbia made a major announcement prior to Saturday night's All-Star festivities.

It was announced that the Mercury's two courts at the team's new state-of-the-art practice facility will be named after the former Connecticut Huskies and current Phoenix Mercury star.

"She's synonymous with the name Phoenix Mercury so you can't build an arena or a court without her name or her recognition in here," Ishbia said according to AZCentral.com.

"I was honored that she let me do it when I called her and she was excited about it.

"So in 30 years, people are still going to remember Diana Taruasi on the practice court. Her work ethic, her attitude, she's one of the hardest working players of all-time.'
