They faced each other multiple times in college, where Reese and the LSU Tigers defeated Clark’s Iowa Hawkeyes in the 2023 NCAA Championship before Clark would get revenge at the 2024 Elite Eight.

In the 2024 WNBA Draft, the Indiana Fever drafted Clark No. 1 overall , and the Chicago Sky took Reese with the No. 7 selection .

Since joining the WNBA, they have faced each other three times, with the Fever winning two of those games.

In the contest on June 16, Reese got called for a flagrant foul after walloping Clark in the head.

The two were spotted in practice together on Friday where Reese beat Clark in a half-court shooting contest.
