WAPAKONETA, Ohio (WKEF) -- An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a 74-year-old Auglaize County man. Gary Frank Oen reportedly walked away from his Middle Pike residence at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, August 10, and has failed to return. Oen has Parkinson and law enforcement said they are concerned for his safety.
