    Loose cow captured, escaped, captured again in Pickens

    PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Police are looking for a cow’s owner after it was captured on a playground in Pickens.

    According to the Pickens Police Department, the pursuit of the cow went through the night but he was eventually captured inside a playground.

    According to Police Chief Randal Beach, the cow was initially captured at the Pickens Elementary School playground, but managed to break the fence and began running up and down Hampton Avenue.

    It was eventually roped at the Historic Hampton House.

    If this is anyone’s cow, they are asked to contact the Pickens Police Department.
