Sheriff Chris Wells says the arrest of 37-year-old Kyra Merriman of Kansas City developed after an alleged traffic infraction. High Ridge man seriously hurt in motorcycle crash
A High Ridge man was injured in a motorcycle crash on Hwy. 185 at Timber Ridge Road in Washington County on Sunday, July 21, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. At 2 p.m., David M. Cody, 41, allegedly was riding a northbound 2024 Suzuki GXS1000 too fast for roadway conditions and failed to negotiate a curve, causing the motorcycle to travel off the road, strike a fallen tree branch, become airborne and strike a concrete pillar, ejecting him, the report said.
