Oswego County Clerk Takes National Leadership Post
OSWEGO COUNTY – Oswego County Clerk Terry Wilbur has taken on new roles with the National Association of Counties (NACo). Earlier this month, NACo President James Gore appointed Wilbur and other local officials in the region to leadership positions within the organization. Wilbur will now serve as vice chair of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Steering Committee, the Membership Standing Committee and the Rural Action Caucus.
