On Thursday afternoon, the two dogs hung out with their owner, Murphy Gulch resident Bruce West, under a shaded tree and greeted passersby, many of whom were still evacuated from their homes. Air Quality Alert issued for Front Range Thursday as wildfires burn
COLORADO, USA — Wildfire smoke from the several fires burning in Colorado and on the West Coast continues to turn skies smoky on Thursday. The Colorado Department of Public Health issued an Action Day Alert Wednesday at 4 p.m. that is expected to stay in effect until at least 4 p.m. on Thursday for smoke that will make visibility tough and air quality poor.
