Elmira Police investigate early morning crash injuring teen
Elmira Police are investigating an early morning car crash that left a teenager injured. According to police, a 16-year-old was standing on the roof of a car traveling at high speeds on the 300 block of Walnut Street just before 1:30 a.m. The teen fell from the moving vehicle and was injured.
