PMC officials discuss infectious disease, summer safety
PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - Pikeville Medical Center hosted its Freebie Friday this week, highlighting the importance of safety this season. The event opened up the second floor atrium to visitors, sharing information and tools to help people have a healthy, happy summer. From tick removal tools, to nasal sanitizer kits, doctors say the community event was a way to connect visitors with items that would come in handy during their summer hikes, vacations, and more.
