Former fiscal manager charged with defrauding over $400k from children's advocacy center
SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA CO. (WOLF) — A former fiscal manager for the Children's Advocacy Center for Northeastern Pennsylvania (CAC/NEPA) has been charged with wire fraud.
