Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Justin Fields might have a fresh start with a new team, yet that doesn't remove him from scrutiny after the journey from top-11 pick to backup.

Case in point, Fields just popped up as one of the notable "loser" picks from Bleacher Report's Brent Sobleski , who outlined the offseason's biggest winners and losers and summed up the former Chicago Bears star's journey so far.

"Fields is no longer considered the future anywhere, Sobleski wrote. "He'll have to earn his next contract, which is a rather significant fall from grace after being the No. 11 overall pick and starting for the past three seasons."

Still just 25 years old, Fields will have to rewrite the narrative during his brief time in Pittsburgh—the Steelers didn't pick up his fifth-year option and veteran Russell Wilson might not relinquish his grip on the starting job. The upside that made him a borderline top-10 pick and helped him carve out 1,800 rushing yards over the last two years remains, but he'll have to thrive in new surroundings and prove that the fit with his first team was partly to blame, too.
