Next month’s concert at Rivers Casino featuring Joey Fatone of *NSYNC and AJ McLean of the Backstreet Boys has been cancelled.

The “A Legendary Night” tour was scheduled for August 23.

Rivers released the following statement following the cancelation.

“Unfortunately, due to a scheduling conflict, the artists have canceled this performance. Full refunds will be provided automatically to the method of payment that was used for ticket purchases. The refund should appear within the next two weeks from Etix.”

In a video posted to Instagram , Fatone and McLean said that “AJ has an exciting new opportunity that he just couldn’t pass up.”

Along with Pittsburgh, seven total dates have been canceled or moved.

In the video, Fatone says “A Legendary Night” is not over and they hope to reschedule dates in the future.

Combined, *NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys have sold over 200 million albums worldwide.
