Pet-friendly affordable housing lottery opens near Bronx Park

BELMONT, The Bronx (PIX11) — A new affordable housing lottery has opened up for a building in the Bronx near Fordham University and Bronx Park.

The affordable housing lottery is for apartments at The Arabella at 4720 3rd Avenue.

The building has 50 available units, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Building amenities include a gymnasium, an outdoor terrace, and a shared laundry room.

Apartments are also pet-friendly.

Applications will remain open until October 11. The eligible income range is $80,572 – $250,380.

The property is listed on the NYC Housing Connect website, an online portal where people can find and apply for affordable housing opportunities in New York City.
