ROCHESTER, Minn. – Illegally entering a woman’s apartment is sending a man to prison. Brian Joseph Miller, 42 of Racine, pleaded guilty to first-degree burglary. The Rochester Police Department says Miller entered a woman’s apartment in the 1800 block of Restoration Road SW at around 5:20 am on October 24, 2023. The woman told investigators she was asleep and thought at first her boyfriend had entered her apartment, then screamed when she saw Miller in the doorway.
