Missouri Minute: Chiefs set stadium decision deadline; state to launch regulatory sandbox
Kansas City Chiefs president Mark Donovan said that within the next six months the team will decide the fate of Arrowhead Stadium. The football team is considering renovating the stadium, building a new location in Missouri or accepting an offer to move across state lines to Kansas. Then, legislation signed by Gov. Mike Parson creates a new state program that will waive certain regulations for Missouri businesses creating innovative products, known as the regulatory sandbox.
