Kenosha woman accused of soliciting to have Somers man killed, stalking
A 31-year-old Kenosha woman is accused of planning to have a Somers man killed. Christina L. Torchia was charged in Kenosha County Circuit Court on Thursday with solicitation of first-degree intentional homicide, a Class A felony, and stalking, a Class I felony. She was also charged with misuse of a GPS device, a misdemeanor.

LAKE COUNTY, Ill. - An Illinois man was arrested this week after an investigation uncovered his alleged involvement in selling fentanyl and other drugs. Alejandro I. Dominguez, 42, of Mundelein, faces four felony counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (Class X), five felony counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (Class 1), one felony count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to delver (Class 2) and 10 counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance (Class 4).
Firefighters in Wisconsin credited for saving young child from burning building
RACINE, Wis. (WFRV) – Firefighters in southeast Wisconsin are credited for saving a young child from a burning building on Thursday afternoon. According to a release, fire crews in Racine received a call for a bedroom fire at a residence at around 2:15 p.m. Engine 2 arrived on the scene just minutes later to discover fire and smoke coming from one of the windows.

DOVER, Wis. (WFRV) – Ten children and one adult were transported to a nearby hospital after a bus carrying 51 people crashed with a minivan on Thursday afternoon. According to a release, at around 12:15 p.m. on July 18, the Kansasville Fire & Rescue Department was sent to the intersection of County Highway N and Church Road in the town of Dover for a reported bus crash with injuries.

Infant airlifted to Milwaukee hospital dies; caregiver charged
MILWAUKEE — Racine police officers responded to a call about an unresponsive 11-month-old boy on July 11 near Villa and 9th streets. Racine Fire Department rescue personnel transported the boy to Ascension Hospital, but due to the severity of his injuries, he was later airlifted to Children's Hospital in Milwaukee. Despite medical efforts, the infant died from his injuries.
