Northern California forecast: Warmer Wednesday, next heat wave starts late week
A delta breeze kept temperatures in the Valley and lower Foothills comfortable on Tuesday. That breeze will weaken midweek, allowing a warming trend to begin. Wednesday morning will be pleasantly cool with Valley temperatures in the upper 50s to low 60s. Winds will be light for much of this area, allowing temperatures to climb back into the mid 90s for the afternoon. Some delta spots may stay in the upper 80s on more day.
