The streets of Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach have long been home to the headquarters of Skechers, the globally recognized shoe and apparel brand. As the company continues to grow, its physical footprint has expanded as well, with a multi-year, multi-building construction project transforming its campus along Sepulveda Boulevard, according to a report from Urbanize Los Angeles. Construction is underway at the two Skechers buildings located at 2901 and 3001 Pacific Coast Highway in Hermosa Beach, with completion anticipated in 2024.

A woman is suing a Santa Clarita chiropractic business, alleging she was secretly recorded with a camera inappropriately placed in the restroom.Melanie Mora's proposed class-action lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, targets Fenton Chiropractic Corp. of America, the Joint Chiropractic Management Co. and chiropractor Nicholas Vanderhyde. Workers in several construction vehicles kicked up dirt Friday to prepare the site of a future 385-unit apartment complex in Camarillo.
