We've picked some of the best performances from May 4 to May 19, and now it's your turn to vote for your favorite.

April 1-5: Olivia Iandoli, Pleasant Valley girls' lacrosse and Noah Dolan, Pleasant Valley tennis

April 8-12: Alylah Cruz, Pocono Mountain East track and field and Kevin Polonia, Stroudsburg track and field

April 15-19: Jordan Cook, Stroudsburg softball and Christian Marrero, East Stroudsburg North track and field

April 22-26: Abygail Borger, Pleasant Valley girls' lacrosse and Kamoni Smith-Johnson, Stroudsburg track and field

April 28-May 3: Elena Trotter, Stroudsburg softball and Pietro Maccarrone, Stroudsburg baseball

Madison Nadasi, East Stroudsburg North softball: She went 3 for 4 with a double, three RBIs and a run scored in a 13-3 win over Notre Dame-East Stroudsburg

Sam Defabo, Notre Dame - East Stroudsburg softball: She went 2 for 3 with a home run in a 13-3 loss to North

Alivia Rath, Pleasant Valley girls' lacrosse: She scored two goals and three assists in an EPC title victory over Emmaus

Katie Verwys, East Stroudsburg South softball: She struck out 10 batters in six innings pitched in a 13-3 win over Notre Dame - East Stroudsburg

Hannah Helm, Stroudsburg softball: She recorded a no-hitter with seven strikeouts in a 17-0 win over Pocono Mountain West

Alena Murray, Stroudsburg track and field: She won the 100-meter dash at the District 11 3A meet with a time of 12.37 seconds. She also won the high jump with a jump of 5 feet, 3 inches

Julia Grant, Stroudsburg track and field: She won the 400-meter at the District 11 3A meet with a time of 55.54 seconds

Rocco DelGiudice, Pocono Mountain East baseball: He went 3 for 4 with an RBI in a 4-3 win over Northampton

Anthony Knight, Stroudsburg baseball: He went 1 for 3 with a 3-run home run in a 9-2 win over Pocono Mountain West

Braydon Greene, Pleasant Valley baseball: He went 4 for 4, scoring two runs and recording a stolen base in a 10-4 win over East Stroudsburg South

Mark Jackson, Pocono Mountain West track and field: He won the 400-meter in the District 11 3A final with a time of 49.31 seconds

Kamoni Smith-Johnson, Stroudsburg track and field: He won the high jump at the District 11 3A final with a jump of 6 feet, 5 inches
