Man charged with kidnapping, stabbing woman, attempted to slit her throat, police say
A 20-year-old Hilltown man, free on 10% of $250,000 cash bail, has been charged with felony kidnapping and aggravated assault, as well as numerous other felonies and misdemeanor offenses, for attempting to slit the throat of a woman and stabbing her twice as she tried to escape during an early morning June 28 incident, police allege in an affidavit.
