NATCHITOCHES, La. (KSLA) - Natchitoches Police discovered a person suffering from gunshot injuries Thursday (July 25). Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Virginia Avenue in reference to gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, officers located the victim who was suffering from several gunshot wounds, according to officials with police department.
APD investigating death on Loblolly Lane
ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) - A person was found dead in the 2500 block of Loblolly Lane on July 25, according to the Alexandria Police Department. APD responded to the scene Thursday night around 10:51 p.m. after reports of a person who had died. Officers found the body of Kentriel Girtley, 20, of Alexandria. APD said he died from a gunshot wound. However, foul play is not suspected.
