Two Women Suspects Sought in Connection with Shoplifting Spree at the Mall of Georgia
The Gwinnett County Police Department has issued 54 warrants for two suspects involved in shoplifting from nine stores at the Mall of Georgia. On June 22, officers responded to Dick’s Sporting Goods at 3333 Buford Drive. A store representative reported two female suspects shoplifting large quantities of merchandise. The suspects fled on foot toward a white vehicle outside the store. Confronted by the representative, they dropped the merchandise and left the vehicle behind. A search warrant for the vehicle revealed six large trash bags filled with merchandise from nine different stores, totaling approximately $8,000.

SAVANNAH – A Georgia man with multiple bank robbery convictions has been sentenced to federal prison for the second time.
