A Fairfax City man has been charged with reckless use of a firearm after allegedly firing a gun inside his home last week. A Montgomery County Police officer observed a driver committing a traffic violation in Downtown Bethesda early Saturday morning. The driver of the car fled on foot but was apprehended. Police searched the vehicle and located a 9mm handgun.
