Hagerstown PD say Baltimore Co. man had nearly $3,000, crack, cocaine on him during stop
21 August 2024- On 8/20/24 at about 11:45 pm, a Hagerstown Police Officer stopped a subject in the 300 block of Jonathan St. The officer discovered that the subject, identified as Teion Melvin Hopkins (age 27 of Owings Mills, MD) had an active arrest warrant through Howard Co, MD. During the search incident to Hopkins’ arrest, the officer discovered an estimated 83 grams of crack cocaine and 37 grams of powder cocaine.
Barn Fire Reported on Bucks School House Road in Nottingham
White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported its crews were assisting numerous other units with a large barn fire in the 4600 block of Bucks School House Road in Nottingham. The fire was reported on Wednesday around 2:56 p.m. Road is closed between White Marsh Road and Pin Oak Way.

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Another shooting in a Safe Streets catchment area unfolded Wednesday, this time the incident involved a Baltimore Police officer. The shooting took place in Cherry Hill, and within the Cherry Hill Safe Streets boundary. One suspect is in custody after shooting at BPD and a security guard, according to a BPD spokesperson.
