Wood County Sheriff’s Department Asking for Tips Regarding Missing Trailer
A trailer was stolen from the Pittsville area between July 4th and July 8th. The owner described it as having a very beat up and worn out license plate on it which may be unreadable, it has a winch on the front, rotted side rails, a wire hanging down near the wheels on the drivers side, and also one of the front stabilizing legs/foots was broken off when it was stolen.

June was one of the wettest in state history
Last month was one of the wettest on record for June in a dramatic reversal from the drought conditions that covered Wisconsin at the same time last year.
