It fell in a dramatic, extra-inning district title game, but did more than enough during the regular season to earn an at-large postseason bid. The Hawks finished the year 19-10 and as the only local club ranked in the state’s top 100 (53rd). They also stayed alive longer than any Volusia-Flagler program, advancing to the regional semifinals.
