    More than 3,000 without power in Northeast Portland on Monday morning

    More than 3,000 people are without power Monday morning, July 22, due to an outage in Northeast Portland, authorities said.

    According to Pacific Power, the outage was first reported just before 6:40 a.m. and crews are investigating the cause.

    As of 8:30 a.m., 3,208 people are listed as without power according to Pacific Power’s outage map .

    Officials estimate that power could be back on by 10 a.m.
