PHOTO: Car crashes into apartment building in Southwest Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) – Authorities responded to a car that appeared to crash into an apartment building on Tuesday afternoon.

Details of the crash are limited, but officials say it happened around 3:30 p.m. on SW Bertha Boulevard near 13th Drive.

Rick Graves, a Portland Fire and Rescue spokesperson, told KOIN 6 News no one was injured during the incident and that the driver of the car was able to walk away after the crash. Graves said it was a rented box truck that crashed into the apartment building after it failed to make a turn.
