Survey of Portsmouth diesel prices shows cheapest station saves $0.45

(PORTSMOUTH, OH) Savings of as much as $0.45 per gallon on diesel were available in the Portsmouth area, depending on which station drivers choose, according to a recent price survey.

The survey looked at prices across the greater Portsmouth area, and found that the cheapest gallon of diesel as of Tuesday was $3.29, at Super Quik at 2926 Scioto Trl. By comparison, the most expensive was $3.74, listed at Weaver's Gas & Oil at 22428 State Route 73.

Region-wide, the average price of diesel was $3.48, according to the survey, which was conducted by internet gas price app GasBuddy.
