Breeze Airways will service a second Granite State airport beginning this fall, the airline announced on Wednesday.

The low-cost carrier, which launched three years ago, will begin flying at Portsmouth International Airport at Pease in October. Breeze made its New Hampshire debut in June at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, with flights to Orlando and Charleston, S.C.

From Portsmouth, the airline will fly nonstop to two popular Florida destinations — Fort Myers and Orlando, according to the airline. It is also adding service in Montrose/Telluride, Colorado.

Flights to Orlando will begin Oct. 9 and take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and flights to Fort Myers will begin Oct. 10 and take place on Thursdays and Sundays. Customers will travel on an Airbus A220-300 aircraft.

“Breeze is all about connecting cities without existing nonstop options,” said Breeze Airways CEO David Neeleman, in a statement. “It’s exciting to add two more cities to our national network, and more nonstop routes to our Florida and west coast destinations, combined with an affordable, premium leisure experience.”

Breeze will join Allegiant Air at Portsmouth International Airport at Pease, currently the only commercial airline at the airport. Allegiant services three destinations in Florida: Orlando, Punta Gorda, and St. Pete.

Breeze recently ranked No. 3 on Travel + Leisure‘s list of 10 best U.S. airlines, part of the publication’s annual World’s Best Awards. The airlines were rated on cabin comfort, in-flight service, customer service, and value.

The airline now has 58 U.S. destinations.
