Man arrested for 11 retail thefts in Northwest DC, police say
WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced a man was arrested for nearly a dozen retail thefts in Northwest D.C. in the span of three months. Paul Loose, 29, was arrested and charged with 11 counts of Theft Second Degree on Tuesday. The thefts happened at the following locations and times:

Police: 1 dead after Prince George’s Co. crash
A man is dead after a two-vehicle crash that happened Thursday afternoon in Seat Pleasant, Maryland, according to Prince George’s County police. Officers responded to the area of Central Avenue near Brightseat Road around 1:30 p.m., according to a news release from police. At the scene, they found one driver, identified as 69-year-old Zachery Cummings of Bowie, suffering from trauma in his vehicle.

According to court documents, a South Dakota resident tipped off the FBI after overhearing Amy Rebekah Willis of Sioux Falls bragging about being inside the U.S. Capitol building on January 6th, 2021.
