PRATTVILLE − Scooter's Coffee House is coming to Prattville, and the chain will demolish a closed restaurant building in the process.

SRS Real Estate Partners of Birmingham announced the news. The coffee shop's location will be in the old Church's Chicken building in the 400 block of South Memorial Drive. The restaurant closed about a year ago. The lot covers about half an acre, and the building is about 2,500 square feet.
