PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Rich Glisson started Heritage Hats in 1984 out of the trunk of his 1978 Datsun truck. Glisson worked at the local rodeos and horse shows, setting up booths wherever he went. When some older cattlemen and ranchers told him that Phoenix never had a full-service hat shop, Glisson decided to meet that need.
