    District 10 - Mille Lacs area

    - CO Victoria Griffith (Isle) worked a busy holiday weekend. Many people were out enjoying the trails and area lakes. Complaints of ATVs and jet skis were investigated. Griffith worked a detail on Lake Minnetonka over the weekend. Enforcement action was taken on multiple ATV and boat safety violations. A reminder to know the regulations before going out onto the water or the trails.

    - CO Dan Starr (Onamia) worked a busy holiday week with overall compliance found to be good. Boat and water activities were monitored, with a few minor violations found. ATV activity was worked, where most of the violations found were youth not wearing helmets.

    District 12 - Princeton area

    - CO Ryan Hanna (Milaca) patrolled the neighboring lakes Platte and Sullivan, helping other officers. Many people were contacted and very few violations were observed. While on patrol, a floating dinosaur was located outside of its owner’s control. CO Dan Starr wrangled the dinosaur floating toy, and it was successfully returned to its rightful owner.
