BOROUGH OF PROSPECT PARK NOTICE OF ORDINANCE INTRODUCTION/PUBLIC HEARING - ORDINANCE NO. 2024-14

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above ordinance was introduced and passed at a Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Prospect Park on July 29th, 2024, and that said ordinance will be further considered for final passage at a meeting of the Borough Council to be held at the Municipal Council Chambers of the Prospect Park Municipal Building, 106 Brown Avenue, Prospect Park, Passaic County, New Jersey, on September 9th, 2024, at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached, at which time and place all persons who may be interested will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning said ordinance. A copy of the ordinance in full may be requested at no charge from the Municipal Clerk’s Office during regular business hours. The purpose of this Ordinance is to exceed the municipal budget appropriation limits and to establish a cap bank.
