Woman Charged After Attack on Student at North Salem School
NORTH SALEM, N.Y. - A New Rochelle woman is facing a felony charge after allegedly kicking a student at the Westchester Exceptional Childrens School in North Salem earlier this month. On Aug. 2, the victim’s mother filed a report of the alleged abuse, and the ensuing investigation found that Carmen M. Man Drowns In Lake Sebago In Stony Point During Outing With Family
The incident occurred in Rockland County around 6:30 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 18, at Lake Sebago in Stony Point.
