CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A reward is being offered for information regarding the whereabouts of a Franklin County man wanted for nearly five years. Pennsylvania State Police say Jose Ricardo Rodriguez-Preciado has been wanted since 2019 on charges including rape and sexual assault for allegedly engaging in intercourse with an individual without their consent.
