RAHWAY, NJ — Kreative On Purpose (KOP) is proud to announce a series of special events in honor of BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month this July. As part of its commitment to supporting the mental health and wellness of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities, KOP will host a variety of activities every Thursday from noon to 6 p.m. at the Rahway Train Station Plaza, coinciding with the weekly Farmers Market.

    Event Highlights:

Meet and Greet: Each Thursday in July, come meet the dedicated team behind KOP and learn more about our mission and services. This is an excellent opportunity for community members to connect, share experiences, and build supportive networks.

Free Giveaways: We are grateful to our generous partner, The BossE Shop , a 60-ish, Black female-owned small business, specializing in culturally relevant self-care items, and unique gifts. They will have freebies!

Mindfulness Practice: Join mindfulness expert Kashinda Marche for guided mindfulness sessions. These quick practices are designed to help participants develop tools for managing stress and enhancing their overall mental well-being. Kashinda's approach is rooted in understanding your unique experiences as BIPOC individuals and fostering an inclusive environment for healing.
