2 facing animal cruelty charges in Etowah Co.
ETOWAH COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) - Two people have been charged with animal cruelty in Etowah County after a video was found on social media. According to Sheriff Jonathon Horton, on Saturday morning, June 29, the Etowah County Sheriff’s Office was told about a video on social media of cruel treatment of a dog.
